The second issue of our project newsletter is out!

We are thrilled to bring you exciting updates from the INAiR project. Over the past months, our team has been working to uncover the AI skills gaps and needs of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the retail sector. Our research spanned five European countries: Cyprus, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Romania, aiming to support MSMEs in harnessing the potential of AI technologies. The research methodology employed in the INAiR project combined systematic literature review, qualitative literature review, statistical data analysis, text mining of job advertisements, and qualitative data collection through co-creation workshops, interviews, and surveys with retail sector stakeholders to analyse AI skills needs and gaps in MSMEs across five European countries.
