The key actors of the project

TEAM4Excellence (T4E) is a non-profit organisation brining expertise in research and development of tailored digital educational solutions, instructional design models (e.g., PhD researchers, professors and other highly specialised professionals in Higher and Vocational Education and Training) and Quality Management, as a representative of the European Foundation for Quality Management in Romania, involving ISO9001 quality auditors and EFQM International assessors.

Lascò is an Innovative SME, designing and implementing human-centred innovation and digital transformation strategies for corporates, education and training providers and public entities. It brings into the project expertise in cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation including Blockchain technology (Italian Ministry of the Interior 2021 Best Practice for its blockchain system certifying the supply chain of a historical silk production), Cloud and AI, Data Analysis systems, and IoT solutions. Lascò is also a member of the Pact for Skills’ Large-scale Partnership in the Digital Ecosystem and committed to deliver training to upskill and reskill people in the EU.

University of Warsaw is the largest and the best higher education establishment in Poland (THE, QS, ARWU). The contributing team of Digital Economy Lab/DELab UW, established at UNIWARSAW in 2014, is an interdisciplinary unit of economists, sociologists, lawyers and data scientists with profound experience in researching digital transformation of society and economy and translating the scientific expertise into actionable insights for business and public policy.

ITKAM is the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany, with offices in Germany, Italy and Austria, an association of 400+ businesses and member of a global network of around 80 Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. ITKAM brings in the project significant expertise in and knowledge of the Retail industry and the needs of micro, small and medium-sized retailers.

BSD is a digital research, design and innovation company founded in 1990. Its founders are among the leading national experts in Human-Machine Interaction, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Interaction Design, User Experience, Business Design and Service Design. BSD supports clients in digital innovation processes, working with public and private, national and international organisations: it analyses, (re)designs and optimises business processes, develops sustainable digital transformation strategies, defines interaction models between people and technologies.

University of Cyprus The University of Cyprus engages in the project its Software Engineering and Internet Technologies (SEIT) Laboratory, bringing to the project its significant expertise in, inter alia, ICT-enabled Environments, Assistive Technologies, Technology Enhanced Learning, E-Business and E-Government. SEIT has extensive experience in the area of applying ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) to e-Learning, m-Learning and Open and Distance Learning in general as well as Lifelong Learning in particular. This expertise is both at technical level and at developing policies and qualification frameworks for such activities.
